Clelia Cadamuro is an Italian photographer and visual artist. Born in Milan, she began her career studying painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, which led her to Venice in 2014. Later, she also graduated in Photography at the ISIA in Urbino. From the beginning of her journey, she developed a strong interest in the field of visual arts. The influence of painting led her to develop a photographic language with a strong research characterized by a special attention to colors and details, through which she develops both personal and commissioned projects. Clelia specializes in the field of contemporary art, producing photographic services for several galleries, artists, foundations and pavilions of the Venice Biennale. In 2021, she participated in the annual residency cycle hosted by the Fondazione Opera Bevilacqua La Masa in Venice. Over the years, she has participated with her works in several exhibitions in Italy and abroad, and her photographs have been published in international magazines and newspapers. Recent projects include Animabilia, forthcoming in 2024, published by Giostre edizioni. For ten years she has lived and worked in the territory of the Venice lagoon, whose particular dynamics she is familiar with. In 2023 she co-founded Studio Rio with Ella Fitch.
